    Absolutely fantastic, I know it is not your invention but you still look like a magician. The end results are magazine quality images!!!

    looks fantastic! I'll try those gradient filters asap

    That is an amazing image for a microscope not equipped with DIC at 400x magnification total. What grade are these objectives? I think these would be high-end at least semi-APO objectives. They are really projecting a brilliant, well-focused image. Your work is incredible.

    This is great info! Thank you for doing it. I recently acquired a Reichert Microstar 410, but it has an electrical issue I havent worked out yet. Never played with ND filters going to have to try that out.
    Keep it coming I will be watching. PS subbed.

    Hi! I have a BH2 with a phase contrast condenser. How do I rig this kinda set up without a swing out like you have? I would love to try this but I’m scratching my head on how to make it work.

    Too bad this seminar doesn't have a 4/4 video. I bet it would be something like "...and that's how you get your light microscope to work as an SEM". 😂
    Amazing technique, thank you for sharing it with us.

    How come the light filter doesn’t affect the color of the actual specimen like the greens and only affect the background?

    • @JetFromHell
      @JetFromHell 10 месяцев назад

      Because the light that reflects off of a specimen will be the same color the majority of the time unless the LED is a completely different color. It’s like how leaves reflect the color green to our eyes from the sun. You’d have to REALLY modify the color being projected onto the specimen to get the specimen to reflect a different color to the human eye.

      Olympus SPlan lenses? The 160mm kind? I don't know much about infinity scopes but I can try.

      Haha I tend to aim for somewhat louder music during Twitch streams as there are different expectations on that platform. Check out some of my recent youtube live streams and let me know how they are!
