How no one is fired today is crazy. Covington for sure shouldve been gone. That makes me think everyones job is safe no matter what and well have another year of trash next year too

Patriots got 1 starter out of the 2024 draft and FA's, that's on Eliot Wolf.

The fact that the majority of fans want him fired but say “he won’t be because krafts ego is too big to admit his mistake” should be an embarrassing wake up call for Kraft. But his ego is probably too big to recognize that 😂 this season feels like a joke. Patriots have the most inexperienced HC in league history because he preformed well on a vacation with the owner 5 years ago before he coached anything…according to the owner himself. I don’t think this could even be written into a comedy movie because it would be too unbelievable 😂

losing Pepper's is likely a big part of the reason Duggar is playing on a bad ankle, they got no one good left behind him. great point tom losing him was underrated.

I feel like Wolf and covington for sure have to go. Pats need to find some old ex headcoach to come in for defense similar to Wade Philips and a young McVay in LA. Mayo needs to be better with accountability but him a AVP have done just enough to stay for 1 more year. Although if they get blitzed by the colts, Anthony Richardson throws for 80% and they have more then 5 penalites I think Mayo should be fired next day.

Miami is #1 in EPA per drop back and success rate since Tua came back over a month ago. You guys always underestimate him

So wtf is Mayo doing if he isn't involved in the defense? Is the guy just delegating and sitting on his arse? That's not a coach! If Bill could get involved in the defense why isn't Mayo?

I'm sorry, but if you thought the past 4 weeks were an indication of were the Pats were going, you didn't pay attention. The Jets were in shambles after firing Saleh, the Titans are not a good team and were playing a backup qb who outplayed Maye and our defense, the Bears were recovering mentally from a hard loss and were fed up with Waldren. But, the Pats were still making stupid mistakes, making dumb plays, poorly coached im those games, no matter the end result. Stop defending the mediocrity of Mayo and the coaching staff.

The only money spent in the off-season was to resign players that Bill drafted even though all say Bill couldn't draft. The only move made that resembled intelligent football operations was trading Judon for a 3rd... Yes there were a couple key injuries on the defensive side but they also lack depth... All draft picks (except Maye)seem to be a bust. They made poor choices on the coordinators and it's looking like they promoted Mayo to soon...Kraft had Vrabel at his doorstep but Kraft blew it... Now going into next season they have a boat load of money and most likely a top five draft pick. Unfortunately Kraft won't make any staff changes so the question is are they capable of bringing in the right pieces to surround Maye with and put proper game plans together to utilize talent?? I'm not sure anymore 🤔

  • @NGildred

I think if you hand a really good and experienced team to a young coaching staff the players can cover up the coaching mistakes. Also is you have a young inexperienced team and rebuilding you need a season head coach and coaching staff to bring them along. When the players and the staff including front office are all still learning it spells disaster. It is like a compass with no needle. This team is a mess and if Kraft wants this to be his legacy he needs to invest and build this team not just the draft but you need to bring in some top players that can be leaders not just on the field, but in the locker and with the coaching staff. That game has to be a wake up call.

The identity of the Pats in 2023: great defense, poor offense. But an identity nonetheless
    Pats identity of 2024:
Mediocres on offense, mediocres on defense, c- special teams.

They aren’t getting 2 1st round level tackles this year. The GM needs to step up his game or he’s going to get everyone fired. Just lose the last 5 games and get McMillan. At least you’ll have a build block for the offense.

LNFTU. Lets Not F**k This Up. The Patriots have 5 games left, with teams that they can't beat. They need to play for Draft picks. Protect Drake Maye. Best case for 2025 is draft for offense. Hope that the defense injuries resolve over the offseason.

I've said it before. We all know Mayo was a DEI hire, and it was a disservice to all season ticket holders and fans who pay good money to root for their team. As the owner, you are to at least try and get the best coach you can for the team. They didn't even interview a legend in Mike Vrabel. Who was at least proven as a good coach. I loved Mayo, the player, but as the coach, they need to cut ties ASAP.
It will not change next season. He's just not a good coach.

Drake Maye is overrated, looks like mac Jones in his first year. Jones actually played better than Maye his first year. Everyone thinks Maye is some franchise quarterback. He hasn't done anything to justify that. Average QB, probably out of the league in 3-4 years.

Curran(with help from Perry) is one of the scumbags working with his buddy Mayo to undermine Belichick and run him out of town. This was not done to win, it was done only because Jonathan Kraft finally convinced Daddy that it was his turn to play with the toy. Jonathan Kraft spent years building up a media campaign to convince fans. Most went along with it and they deserve everything they get. Losing embarrassingly for years to come. As a 40 year fan of this team I am done unless these clowns sell the team
