  • Advanced Management Program participants and faculty members discuss how the leadership development program prepares proven leaders to be ready to be operating on the c-suite level. Living groups allows participants to practice team leadership with the other people they are living and studying with in the case study program. This immersive 7-week Executive Education program at Harvard Business School is designed for high-level leaders looking to reinvigorate the way they think about their organization. Participants will leave with a better sense of judgement, greater self confidence, assurance they have been exposed to a breadth of situations, and better equipped to take on greater roles in their organization.
