you should do 2-3 years for the teams that start off only being a “hopeful” or “contender” bc realistically they won’t ever win the cup in one year. Where as if you do a team like the Pens or Caps or Jets who are already “Champion” or “Contender” status only do one year if that makes sense. Anyways, love this series. Keep up the good work bud.

He actually ends up being good in the sim tho
he can sim to be 83 overall if you develop him right which is not bad, won't always come out 83 overall because you will prob use him as a 5th or 6th d when he needs a more offensive role but he has been 83 overall in my past season and was better than stetcher and hutton.
