I got one off a local auction (nellis auction) for $80 it was a steal, and yes it does work best in doors and outside in the 110 degree weather it does not work effectively as you’d think. I work as a lot safety at nellis auction here in mesa AZ and spend 600 plus minutes outside and can confirm it is NOT as effective as the reviews say when outside in blistering temps.
That’s amazing Michael! So thankful that both of you can get the help you need to keep cooler and kudos to your beautiful wife out and about!! A little jealous-well of course!! lol 😂 but you need it most!
These are actually the real deal. Project Farm just did a comparison of a dozen or so neck fans and this one came out on top. You'll definitely want to use a battery backup if you're going to be outside for any length of time though. I've read reviews that the app requires excessive permissions...? Why would a neck fan need to know where I am?
@@MANSHED One of the Amazon reviews mentions requiring location permissions, that's good news that it's been removed. Seems like a damn nice bit of gear then, I didn't even realize that any of these had heat options. Thanks for the closer look!
No one talks about the inner workings of this coolify neck fan. How does it make cool air? Is it actual cool air like a air conditioner would make? Or is it just when you're sweaty and the fan is blowing air across your neck it's gonna feel cooler to the body anyways. So, how exactly does this unit make "cool" air?
My educated guess would be peltier chips. A compact solid state chip that can heat or cool based on the polarity of power you give it. Far less power efficient than a refrigerant system. But the listing says it uses R-410a refrigerant, and I have no clue how they can fit a system like that in there.
Thanks, I have used Coolify Cyber and RANVOO AICE 3. If you are like me and really can't stand the hot and humid summer and want to buy a product that really works, Ranvoo AICE 3 is the best choice, no other
@@lmmedia35 It's also great. The performance of the AICE series is better than that of Coolify. LITE is also good, but if you compare AICE LITE with AICE 3, you know you get what you pay for, so of course AICE 3 is better.
I watched this video and I appreciate it but now I am see this entire 8 munute 27 second video as an advertisement on other videos I am watching. It's kind of annoying.
This will not cool you in 110 degree Tucson air. Your neck will be even more hot than it is without it and you will not feel the air. I bought this after watching this video and regret it. They do work nice indoors
I don’t understand where your viewpoint is coming on and I respect your personal experience, but I personally have tested this in Tucson, Arizona and disagree with your comment. I’m sorry that you did not have the same experience as myself but my video and review is absolutely honest from my perspective.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but stating that these are “garbage” is a blatant lie. And yes, I agree. Just put it under your shirt if you think that it is not effective enough over your shirt. 😎

😅 yea the Coolify has been a lifesaver.

Yes, I agree with you. The app did not ask me for my location or any access to GPS. I’m not sure what you’re referring to by location permission.

What about the AICE light ?

I’m gonna have to disagree with you. I have tested both and the Coolify is a much more thought through and effective cooling device.
I have 2 coolify 3's and 2 coolify 2's not 2S.
People buy the AICE 3 for the extra features people buy the coolify cyber for the cooling

Sponsored videos are cool but they should be honest also and this is not an honest one

Garbage!! Especially the waist air flow being outside of the shirt.💯✌️🫡
