PLEASE tell Ms. Oates to do the Joe Louis book! PLEASE! She can do it! I think it would be great, it has nothing to do with race!
For petite women Joyce you are a Powerhouse of literary genius thank you for your work and you're never alone trust me
I thought I couldnt admire her more, and then she picks up her cat for a hug...she is wonderful.
"Mr President, the late Marilyn Monroe" makes me shudder every time. 😔
YeahDuring that time they called her "The Late" because Marilyn has a tendecies of arriving late however after her death (Which is just a few month after she sang the iconic Happy Birthday Mr.President) , "The Late" has a total diffrent meaning .
This moment when Joyce Carol Oates holds Marilyn's portrait by Jonathan Santlofer next to her face... so much emotion. Thank you for sharing it !!!
I loved this book.
Okay, she’s a bigger fan than me- I need to re read the book again!
