I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of proper relieving
Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months.
Any suggestions idea solution would be very helpful 😔

Hi Yagavarshini, I'm currently facing this one day overlap issue in my previous employement and the company holding my offer letter after selected. I'm unable to exclude the experience also. They are saying the bgv shows as yellow flag and it's a minor descripency. And they are asking me to change the date in previous employement. Is that possible?. And if we can't change will they consider me or not?. And this has been considered in all the companies? All product based companies also considering this as major issue??. Pleads clarify me if you have any idea please.
Ofcourse, this overlapping is a problem..Reach out to the concerned HR department and sort it out.
@@yogavardhini I reached out to both the company hr. But they are saying that, If they modify the dates they have to change in offer letter, exp letter, pay slip and pf this will make some auditing issue. And they are not ready to change anything. Better you discuss with your new company Hr they said.

Hi Mam - I used to get offer in one company and they have mentioned one particular date to join in the year of 2019, At that time of joining date I am unable to join and because still 25 days to serve in existing company, So i drafted like unable to join on this period to HR. After that job is disappeared.
For the period now 2024 I got offer in the same company which i was unable to join in the past 2019.
This will affect any problem in BGV check ? Can you pleaese advise me..

@@muthumanikandan3794 Say them you got an offer 4 years back but couldn't join due to personal reason. Policies differ from companies to companies, better to confirm with HR.

All depends on the company where you're working. Notice period serve panatium 90 days veraiku loss of pay potutu, 90 days mudunja apro dha letter kudukramarium irupanga.. Health issue ku doctor cert kudukalam, HR ta pesna inu clarity uh irukum.

If you dont want to show this experience in newly joined IT company, u can ignore it.

Hi yogavardhini, after my graduation i worked for 8 months in bpo and after that i got job in IT and joined as a fresher and i absconded the bpo company .. i worked in IT for 2years in which i have proper offer and relving letter in the IT ..and now i have showed that 2years experience only .. my question is whether that bgv will applicable for bpo company also .. or they will check only the 2years relevant experience?
Your 2 years exp verification only will be considered.. Even if you have PF created you can explain them that you worked temporarily. They haven't provided offer or reliving letter.
Can I tell like that they told they will provide the reliving letter once after the completion of 1 year ?
