Why do so many women (at least the ones I’ve interacted with) find this such a massive problem? I also watched a video Lana posted on here a while ago about dressing conservatively. What advice do y’all have for Christian guys who want to dress conservatively? I’m asking for myself. If I go to say buy a suit and get it altered … any tailor will tailor it to be form fitting. I’m also wondering what advice y’all have for those who have mental illness. Again I’m asking for myself. I have ADD (attention deficit disorder) and bipolar. Both diagnoses are from clinicians. I’m on meds and am in therapy to treat the bipolar.
What if you started your relationship not being sexually pure but got to know God in your relationship and want to implement sexual purity in your relationship but you are struggling
First, confess your sins to God and repent. Second, find a pastor/leader you can both share your struggles with and let them guide you. Third, both of you intentionally pray and fast separately. Praying is fighting in the spiritual while fasting is denying the flesh. Lust is both a battle in the spiritual and in the physical. If you are both decided to marry each other then proceed on doing these things and obey the Lord. Never be in the same room with just the two of you. If you both go in the same church, serve wherever you can both serve. Focusing on spiritually and physically developing as an individual through meditating the WORD of GOD day and night, will help you through it. Consult the Lord and your leaders to tell you how long you should both fast and do not rush. Lust rushes but love is patient. God bless you, sister!
