Maybe Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway and the UK if they do not have the capacity to manufacture, you could cover 1/2 of the cost the US is providing to Ukraine? As a Canadian, I agree with your criticisms. Even we here in Canada can be contributing even just a bit more to Ukraine to prevent the Russian expansion. I will also advise for Americans to accept the current criticisms they currently face. 6 months of no aid during an active war is a serious issue and one that dissolves confidence in having a stable ally. Like this Ukrainian said. From the onset of this war, Ukrainians had no doubt of American support for 1.5 years. That confidence has been reasonably shaken and it will simply take time to re-establish that confidence. If America can maintain a stable and consistent commitment to providing Ukrainian aid, your allies trust will ve restored in a very short time. Thought we lost you guys for a bit there, glad to see you back, now hopefully all of the combined aid will help Ukraine end this tyrant and his regime of death in the Kremlin.
I’d like to see some tangible actions on the battlefield before concluding that Putin is defeated. I’ve heard this story too many times before yet Ukraine is losing this war as it stands today. Sure we want to see Russia’s army lose with this new aid package but let’s see it happen.
It is not an Aid package it is 60 billion dollars worth of weapons and ammunition for Ukraine to use against Russia . As this is not money like the US lies that it is it is all US manufactured war supplies made and sold by UIS Factories to the DOD for 30 billion IN PROFIT to the US economy . This is only the first of many shipments because if the US stopped making war materials it's second largest industry would collapse and the US would go into depression .
I totally agree. One thing I keep wondering is if Russia is so mighty and powerful, and the 'West' is so worried by Putin, why do they seem to be making such hard work of getting past the much smaller Ukraine. I wonder if the Russian might is somewhat overstated.

While the delayed aid highlighted the unfortunate reality of weakened US and democratic values, it also served as a wake-up call for Europe. After World War II, Europe dismantled its defense complex, assuming that the US would always provide aid for economic reasons and national security. However, this overlooked the influence of propaganda from countries like Russia, China, and Iran, which exploit easily convincing talking points. For instance, many Americans argue against aid and taxes without considering that US global superpower status is primarily for security reasons, akin to putting money in a bank for safety. Europe’s economy, worth 16 trillion, relies on US exports totaling $592.0 billion, with defense weapons constituting a significant portion. However, as the US adopts an isolationist stance, it risks losing its status as a global superpower and the dominance of its currency. This shift would also impact Asia and the Middle East. The conflict in Ukraine threatens US global image and reliability, jeopardizing a combined GDP of 70 trillion between the US, Europe, and allies. This realization prompted Republicans to reconsider their stance. Trump understood his followers’ mindset, which is why he didn’t oppose the aid after it passed, recognizing its importance to US national security and future. But Trump also understands his base’s limited and obvious lack of being able to understand why the US holds its position as the first and only world superpower in recorded history. They think the US can be and will retain its status even if it stops being what made it so. This disconnect underscores a fundamental misunderstanding among some Americans about the intricacies of global power dynamics and the importance of maintaining the factors that contribute to US dominance on the world stage.
So what will the US use for other conflicts if we give our very limited production and stockpile to Ukraine? How will we pay for all of this, with more debt? What’s the payment on that interest right now? As time goes on, year after year, how much is the yearly budget being eaten by interest payments? Right now it’s at 13% and going to exceed the budget for defense.

Did Ukraine lack hardware and ammo when Russia stopped their largest counter offensive to date last year? No and no, in fact it was reported that during the counter offensive last year Ukraine caught up with Russia's artillery usage.. so did that change any sort of outcome? No. Ukraine's largest issue is experienced soldiers, manpower.. which was beyond evident the last few days in Ocheretyne when one group got demolished and decided to flee the meatgrinder. How will the inexperienced soldiers Ukraine just mobilized handle such situations when experienced units couldn't? It's just complete cope. So again, remember these videos because by the end of summer when the mobilized units are out on the field and the aid is in full swing.. nothing will change for Ukraine and then by the end of the year, Ukraine will come asking for more to "turn the tide".

If you want more aid so you don’t have to say finally, we used to share the expenses like in Gulf War 1 in 1990, we had cost sharing, Germany contributed billions to the US as did Japan, Korea, the Saudis, Kuwaitis, Emiratis and others for the cost of that conflict and many from the Middle East also contributed troops and weapons. Maybe Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway and the UK if they do not have the capacity to manufacture, you could cover 1/2 of the cost the US is providing to Ukraine? We always want to do our part in the USA towards peace and stability or in this case the defeat of Psychopathic Dwarf Putin, but the EU economy is as big as the US and this is on your door step. Stop criticizing your most loyal ally and dig in and do your part, or you encourage the election of an idiot like Trump to be our President, while you complain about him. Let’s work together and get it together!
I agree with everything you said.
Ukraine is a not a key western country.
I'd like to feel like Salomé, the stepdaughter of Herod Antipas when she was presented a plate with the head of her enemy.
I like plates, that's why.
I totally agree. One thing I keep wondering is if Russia is so mighty and powerful, and the 'West' is so worried by Putin, why do they seem to be making such hard work of getting past the much smaller Ukraine. I wonder if the Russian might is somewhat overstated.
Russians tolerate huge losses. If something similar happened in the US, we'd have a million people protesting outside the White House.
@@PrideOfTorbaydo you realise that the US has never fought an army as strong as Ukraine’s and funded by more than 50 countries? The USA hasn’t even fought any war alone. Do you think if the US was in Russia’s shoes now they would be able to advance as Russia is doing? 🤣🤣 The US military has never truly be tested. As it stands now, Russia has the number 1 military in the world.

@@brandonfarris3335 Actually, the Dems did try to protect the border. They had a bipartisan agreement. There was just one man in control of his entire party, that did not want a solution, because he benefits from suffering...
@brandonfarris3335 Understandable. I get it. I would say that you should probably care quite a lot about Ukraine being invaded and stopping Russia if you want to avoid world war 3. I would also say that yeah the US boarders definitely need securing better as well. The fentanyl problem alone should be evidence enough of that.
@@brandonfarris3335 Then please show your displeasure with the Republican Party twice over then, because the bill that was offered to would have protected the border that was practically a Republican Wish-List was torpedoed and killed by the Republican Party...and their leader, Trump.
Stopping the influx of illegal immigrants and supporting Ukraine are not mutually exclusive. As a Republican I support both, as do many others.
Of course this was down to two elements. Trump must be held accountable and hopefully at the November elections . Can you imagine an ex politician interfering in war material supply in WW2 . He would be in arrested very quickly . It’s truly outrageous. Secondly Europe should have mobilised defence production months if not years ago
The EU must go to wartime economies and continuously flood Ukraine with aid. That is how serious the Russian threat is.
Nixon’s crew undermined Vietnam peace efforts prior to 68 election. Reagan’s undercut release of hostages from Iran to hurt Carter. US citizens got to spend an extra year in captivity not knowing if they would ever go home for political reasons.

Illia is 100% correct. Escalation management is a losing strategy. As an American, I’m still pushing hard for further continued support to Ukraine until all their territory is returned to Ukrainian control and her infrastructure is rebuilt.
Western Preaidents and Prime Ministers including same for Indo-pacific allies should start listening to their Generals instead of nonsensical political discourses. This war would have been over if the Generals and Intelligence agencies had been given an ear.

Illia, at 9:10 you asked "....I don't get it....why....?" Let me help you understand. As you indicate the USA is funding about 75% of the war cost. I am writing a check for it every month and I am getting tired of it. If you want to pay me back after winning your freedom then I would be willing to continue to fund the war. However if not then I am done. Capiche?
Ukraine striking Russian oil well, refineries and infrastructure has taken it's toll on putin's ability to continue his war.
The Russian military and economy are on the verge of complete collapse.
It largely depends on how much gold he is willing to sell to China.
Even so, I highly doubt his regime will survive 2024.

😂😂 Russian economy grew at 3.2% this year according to IMF.
While the IMF may be fooled by the russian MinFin, l, most definitely, am Not!!
This purported "growth" is largely due to putin's Special Military Operation against Ukraine. Cranking out war materiale.
That's like taking money from one pocket and putting it in the other.
That's not true growth. It's an accounting maneuver. Intended to make the Free World believe that the sanctions aren't working. It will result in the hollowing out of all other businesses.

Times radio is looking just like Russian tv they can barely keep the lights on so they have to regurgitate the news.🙃
And so, how is the frontline going ? =)
I hope people will remember these kind of videos, which are just straight up propaganda. Did Ukraine lack hardware and ammo when Russia pushed into Bakhmut and all the towns around it?
Disagree ..... Giving Ukraine aid is much cheaper than defending your own border from Putler thugs. You cannot negotiate with a mob boss. If we give in now , Putler will just regroup and continue when he has built up his forces again. He is mental and thinks he can re-create USSR. Russia has taken a 10 day victory into a 2 year grind. He will loose
