Not coming off as a pessimist but I already have it fixated on my mind that I will forever be a bachelor. I have become disillusioned with the dating market and the behavior of these modern women. Plus I do not want to resort to my Beta doting ways.
I was a bachelor in the Army from 19-30. Then I got into a near 3 year relationship that’s now coming to an end. Guys, being a bachelor is the better path. I will never deviate again. No LTR, no marriage, no cohabitation, no kids (vasectomy). I regret having allowed an LTR to develop. Everything this fella is saying is spot on. Know this: Once the attachment has formed, it will hurt when it is broken. Each of us thinks we’re the exception. The behavior of the LTR girlfriend is different from the first year, to the second year, to the third year. It’s not static. Her behavior on day 1 and day 700 aren’t the same. That’s when things start to become unacceptable. So if you’re vetting your girl and think she’s different, just know she will quite literally change. AWALT. Easy to see when you’re on the outside. Thats not true at all. I've had a lot of great girlfriends and they didnt care about money whatsoever. I dont have alot of money, but I'm fit and ripped. All they cared about was me being nice to them, going down on them alot, and me being faithful to them. You need to look for a girl at a church or something. Also you will attract what you are. If you have bad vibes and addictions, you will attract the wrong women until you become the right man. If you watch porn or masturbate, you need to grow up and face your demons. My last relationship was 7 years. Had kids with her and we were high school sweethearts. But the amount of anxiety of her actions, our arguments over disagreements and more it truly was nothing but a stress sentence. The best thing was our 2 kids. Been single for 5 yrs now and I never been happier. With today's modern dating I'm truly in no rush.
Marriage is a wedlock it locks you emotionally physically and mentally the moment we men try to break it we have the government on or axxes to pay for lawyers and child support. As an older man, I can attest to the fact that too many young men are focusing too much of their energy in pursuit of women. Most of the stressful times you’ll experience in life will center around your desire for an ideal relationship with a woman that statistically won’t materialize. Direct your energies towards other endeavors that you alone control and are not dependent on the feelings and approval of others. Set you mind on things that bring you peace and fulfillment. Often when we started nagging and complaining,the person may change temporarily, But always revert back to he or she's original behaviour. I'd rather let the person be themselves . Let them give what they want to give, whatever they feel comfortable doing. (as long as they're not narcissistic or harmful) When I do this I know every connection I have them is authentic. because I've not tried to manipulate the person to behave in a way to keep my emotions at bay .

Yeah she pisses me off sometimes, but I will have to say that in all our years together I have never for one moment regretted marrying her. Having said that I find myself now reaching an age where some kind of super powers have appeared that I don't understand. Women of all ages are constantly coming at me. Marriage though means I can't play with any of them. My wife was my first relationship and I was 29 when I met her. I had no social skills at that time but she saw something in me. No testing, no games, no bullshit. None of that. As I said I never regretted marrying. But damn there's some nice tail out there I now seem to have access to. Oh well.
