Beautiful floral once you pulled up the sleeves
Both the black and white skirt and the green slip skirt were fantastic and oh wow ,like everybody else says the green,grey dress looks fab and don't cut the sleeves it balances the design ❤

What a super haul. You looked absolutely fab in everything. The dresses are all stunning and the slip skirt with the white v neck is also beautiful. However the first skirt, styled as you did with the navy jacket, is gorgeous and perfect for the wedding.
You yourself look so well, the extra weight suits you.

Yes , I agree. If it was me, I’d consider taking it to a tailor who could remove the elastic cuff and make flutter sleeves which I think are more flattering .

All outfits look great! My favourite would be the puff sleeve dress! 😍 It's gorgeous and it suits you perfectly. And please do not worry about age. Being 40, 50 or 60 years young is all good, do not worry about that. I also love the first skirt! Thanks for posting.

I really loved the dress with the puffed sleeves and, honestly Laurie, they look absolutely fine I remember the white blouse from last time. A really super every day item. My favourite item was the first skirt. Looked quality the way it hung and pockets make it. My least favourite item was the last dress. I didn’t like one side hanging lower than the other and not liking the material. I thought it looked cheap. But ,again you look great in everything and you look really well x

I get what you mean about sleeves on coats. I always end up tucking mine under. I will have to find myself a petite one this year xx

Hi Laurie, the first skirt would look great with a silk cami in the bright blue and your navy jacket, the mint skirt with both tops looked lovely, the grey silky dress looked lovely too the sleeves looked great. I haven't even tried on a silk skirt as I thought it wouldn't suit me but that mint one is looked sooo good on your I may have to try one. xx
Hi Sharon. Thank you. I was really pleased with the mint skirt for the fit. A lot of the high-street stores have them. If you tried one on, you'd understand what I mean. They never seem to sit on the hips properly like the mint one. I was really pleased with this haul. Have a lovely weekend xx

Absolutely love the first dress with the puff sleeves, it's gorgeous and I really think the sleeves look good on you, I definitely wouldn't cut them up. I really like their stuff, it's different and interesting. Mind you, my waist has become best friends with my hips and bustline, so anything to enhance my "waist" would be challenging to say the least 😂😂. Oh and agree with sleeve lengths, not all of us are chimps 😂😂.

That first skirt is absolutely GORGEOUS!! And I loved the black dress when you showed us last year, good to see you wearing it again, even if it is black lol! I thought the floral transparent blouse was quite awful until you put it on LOL then it looked fab! Isn't it funny how different things can look when they're actually on, compared to what they look like on the hanger?! xx

Jigsaw often do silk tops with tee shirt fabric on the back. It does make them very comfortable. Also it could be a cost reason. I like your outfits. Don’t cut the top sleeves off the dress as it looks lovely. I would wear this style at 72.. I think my favourite was your black shirt waister dress and the white shirt and the beautiful skirt. I loved it with the cream strappy sandals. 😊

Hi love the dress ur wearing the first skirt and half silk t shirt looked good on u. Was disappointed to see the skirt is 100 % polyester. Satin skirt looked nice would b good with the satin t shirt?

Hi Laurie, please don't cut the sleeves it might affect the way the sleeves hang & slip skirts are cut on the bias & should fit beautifully. I do dress making so us sewers find out how clothes should fit, love all the clothes on you. 😊

I think the floral skirt would look very dressed up with an electric blue silk shirt (do Lily Silk have anything?) and the white cotton wrap shirt or a plain white cotton shirt as long as it’s not droopy! Personally not a fan of camisoles and jackets but that’s down to personal taste. I must echo what others are saying about the sleeves on the dress. The fullness compliments the plain lines of the dress. Without that detail it would be a pretty boring frock! Sorry!
