Exciting times mate! I think you're going to love that hyperstar c6, what an incredibly potent rig that will be! :-) Great video, hugely impressed by your production and presentation skill!
Thanks for the shout out too by the way!

Awww, cheers for the lovely comments Luke and no worries on the shout out...your PIxinsight vids are some of the best on RUclips, really appreciate the time and effort that you put into them! Yes, can't wait to get some clear skies to get a first light test in...hope you and Chloe have a lovely Easter weekend buddy! :)

Looking forward to your next videos with the hyperstar. I’m planning to set up my evolution 6 with similar gear so these will be very insightful!

I've just set up the RASA 11 in the observatory earlier today so you can guarantee the weather's gonna be poor for a while now. I'm not to familiar with the hyperstar system but I do know with the RASA your back spacing has to be spot on as well as collimation as shooting at F2 if anything slightly out it will show. Also cable management over the corrector plate, if you're using the 533 put the power & USB cable at 90 degrees to each other as that will produce diffraction spikes similar to a Newtonian rather than weird looking ones. Good to see you're fitting the dew ring I've done the same & I can highly recommend it & it works fine via the Pegasus power box. I've probably said what you already know anyway but one thing I will say is when its dialled in the data it will collect is insane.

Thanks so much for the info, mate! Really helpful and yes, will have to be spot on with collimation and tilt, etc. at F2! Appreciate the tip on the cable management too, thanks so much for that! Have fun with your RASA 11 and hope the clouds clear for you soon. Thanks for tuning in and have a great weekend! :)

You're absolutely correct with the Scottish weather, especially recently! I use the Uranus C with my Red(White)cat and my 72mm refractor so it'll be interesting to see what your C6/Hyperstar combination produces. Clear skies (maybe Sunday?)

Thanks so much for tuning in Stuart and great to see another Uranus C user! Yes, really looking forward to getting some testing...with the inevitable tweaking that goes along with it! LoL! Have a great weekend and praying for some clear skies this weekend...best of luck if you're out! :)

Hey mate! Thanks for tuning in...no, I'm still having fun with this Hyperstar setup, but the weather has been horrific in my part of the UK for several months now, so haven't had a chance to get videos out about it, but they are coming so stay tuned! ;)
Highly recommend this rig for outreach, nice focal length for bringing loads of targets into view with fast integration times...live stacking is awesome with this scope!

I'm also thinking to buy a Hyperstar, as I already have a C6, and Uranus-C, but I haven't found Uranus-C in the list of cameras on the Starizona website, so how to buy the one wich works with this camera? I think the included adapters may be different for different cameras.

Any updates on this project? Would love to see how you installed Hyperstar on the original 6SE, how do you even remove and replace the secondary mirror when 6SE doesn't have the Fastar removable element?
