Here’s why it hotter. My dad since 1960s recorded and reported weather to NWS. In 1983 I took over our weather station at the exact same time location. In 2001 the federal government moved the location of our weather station along with hundreds of other private weather stations to the local municipal airports all across the USA and other countries did the same thing.
Airports are ALL BLACK ASPHALT all over the world.

I have a full copy of the document from the CSIRO regarding cloud seeding in Australia.
It covers the catastrophic flooding events in India caused by cloud seeding.
It also covers USA cloud seeding of the most devastating Hurricane that struck America caused massive flooding and intensified the hurricane.
Going back to India’s cloud seeding program that caused two catastrophic flooding events, plus many failed attempts causing the rain to fall over the ocean cooling the water off.
This cooling of the ocean caused the worst drought in Australia.
As soon as India stopped cloud seeding due to COVID Australia’s drought broke.
The evidence is very clear that cloud seeding can cause massive flooding across any region.

Biggest thing is they dont have drains. So if it ever rains it floods. Saw it in Jordan last year.

Bingo. A desert can turn really fast. Even a few inches of rain become a serious problem really quick.
