- When I asked locals about things to do in Lebong, Darjeeling, many said, "There’s nothing there." But that only made me more curious! So, I set out on foot, choosing to hike through the steep and narrow streets of Darjeeling instead of taking a taxi. The journey was tough, but the experiences were unforgettable.
Along the way, I met some amazing travelers from Kerala and had fascinating conversations with a retired army man who now cooks Nepali-style Aloo Dum. His authentic and flavorful Aloo Dum, paired with a warm cup of Darjeeling tea, was simply incredible! This dish is a must-try for anyone visiting Darjeeling, West Bengal.
The highlight of my trek? A breathtaking view of the Kanchenjunga Peak, one of the highest summits in the world. The local people were incredibly kind, guiding me through the hidden paths of Darjeeling towards Lebong.
Join me in this offbeat Darjeeling travel vlog, as I uncover the beauty of Lebong, try local Nepali food, and share an authentic Himalayan experience. Stay tuned for the next part of this journey!

Thank you so much for sharing your heartfelt memories. I can only imagine how deeply connected you are to that place, and I truly appreciate you opening up about it. Losing loved ones is never easy, and the void they leave behind stays with us, but so do the beautiful memories. I hope that, in time, those memories bring you more warmth than pain.
I'm really glad you enjoy my vlogs! My goal is to show the real beauty of these places beyond just the usual tourist spots. Knowing that it resonates with you means a lot. Stay strong, and I hope my future videos continue to bring you joy and nostalgia. Take care! 🙏
You gave me confidence to speak in English thankyou Brother.
Thanks, Bro, for your appreciation. It is not about good or bad. It is about communicating. I am trying my best to explain what I feel, and thank you for understanding that even though my English are not good.❤️

Hi bro iam from Manipur
,
Nice to meet you! The next video is coming up tomorrow evening. I will show "What happens in Lebong!"
👍
❤️
You missed the movie “Barfi” house…
I should have asked the people around for that. Did I pass through the house?
I'm bengali and I absolutely love nepali and tibetan food from Hill Regions of North Bengal ( once part of Nepal Empire and Sikkim).
Thank you, Brother for providing the information. Yes, the foods are awesome. Most of the foods I tried, I like them instantly. The only food I could not eat was mutton liver.😅
You must go and visit Nepal and show your comment. Some anti Indian will welcome you like a king for supporting Greater Nepal (they want Darjeeling, Sikkim, Uttarkhand to be part of Nepal). And please tell your Mamta Banu Didi, before we decide our future with India or Nepal, we want separate from Bengal and Bengoli. Regards
