Once again with the little things that make a big difference. I like the loops on the top for being able to keep the top from being floppy at full capacity and to hold the antlers down. Pretty impressive on how it can compress way down to look like a day bag.

This would be the perfect bag if it had the 270 horse shoe zip, 5000 is too small for me and I can’t do the single vertical zipper, massive bummer and unfortunately a deal breaker

Complete agree. It’s gotta be a horseshoe zip. And the bigger the bag is the more you need it to be that way

Thanks for posting these great videos. I am looking for a large capacity bag than can compress up. Can you show a demonstration of how the bag is still functional as a day bag while compressed?

Sure thing! Here is a video the shows how to compress our bags, and also talks about functionality/access when they are compressed: ruclips.net/video/Ldjewp_wteE/видео.html

Love the new system BUT could you please add a water bladder hose retention on one or both sides of the shoulder harness?! It drives me crazy the top brands like Exo, Stone, IA and Kifaru don't come standard with such a simple item. I would have liked to see the horseshoe zip on the front of all the new K4 bags no matter the size, it just makes life easier.

Hey Stephen. We have tried a lot of different methods for bladder hose retention, and have also noticed that many of our customers have different preferences on what type of retention they want. The simplest, most reliable method is to just tuck the mouth piece between the webbing and the harness fabric/foam. This eliminates any bulk, any failure point, and is dead-simple. Many of the hardware retention clips are prone to breaking, and/or get in the way at times. If you want hardware for hose retention, there are countless option out there that are very affordable and work extremely well on our pack harness.

Put a carabiner thru the shoulder molle web and tuck the hose thru the carabiner

Did you guys start p making the K3 6400? Also, do you plan on making this pack available in Multicam? I know the K3 used to be available in Multicam, but on your website, this Model of the K4 doesn’t have a Multicam option. Thanks

Correct, we are no longer making Multicam. Contact us directly and we may be able to find a K3 6400 bag in Multicam for you.

Will yall be running any sales on these this year? Just got a K3 last year. Wish I'd waited because I'm definitely getting the issue where the hipbelt slides down.

Shoot us an email and let's check your fitting/adjustment. We can also try the dense lumbar pad for you.

Is there any waterproof / blood resistant material on the backside of the pack or on the frame?

Yes. Blood will not transfer from the load-shelf into the main bag.
