This file strikes yet again with its insane luck. All 4 Phases didn't even surpass 5k encounters. Now onto the final team member Whiscash! I'll be fishing for Whiscash using the Super Rod where on a lot of Routes it is 45%.

In bw2 I tried to find shiny absol in dark grass lvl 40 repel trick and it was 50/50 absol/altaria and 10.5k ish REs later I find shiny altaria 0_0
