Why the hell can't Rodanthe fly longer, or remain flying like Mothers and Batra? In every movie he's in, he's flying! The only time I can remember him standing was at the end of Monster Zero when Godzilla, Rodan, and Mothra on top of a cliff after defeating King Ghidorah.
Probably because he'd end up being easy to abuse. Imagine playing as any other monster but Rodan in online (like Anguirus), and he takes to the skies to run away. No way to catch him!
Looking at this now really makes me want to play the godzilla game again. Too bad I only really ever had the PS3 version of this game where the only monster you could play was Godzilla.....and the PS5 isn't backward compatible with PS3 games....

Chaining your Fury! The higher your Fury count on the left, the bigger the multiplication bonus, and the faster you grow. This counts military vehicles, buildings, and generators (if you have a really high Fury count and destroy a generator, or complete an extra bonus objective, you get an especially better size/power boost).
I think there's some way to play it on PC through Playstation plus or something along those lines. I'd definitely recommend looking into it if you're interested in this game
If you're referring to the constant flipping, for Rodan, it's a fantastic building destroying technique, perfecting for keeping up your combo meter. It's also (somehow) a faster method of traveling than just walking or flying. With how slow the game is already, and how important it is to grow huge in Hard Mode due to the tougher opponents, every advantage must be taken. Perhaps not fun to watch due to the repetitive nature of it, I cannot deny, but it gets the job done.

Actually, playing as Rodan can quickly complete the stage, destroying the generators with one hit by jump and flip upside down and face downwards.
Correct! But I *love* destroying the environment of Rodan, it is incredibly satisfying to wrack up quick combos with him.

This version of Rodan actually has a wind breath attack! Kind of surprised they didn't add it in this game.
