I think if you were to remove Biollante's regular charge attack, she would at least be _more_ balanced than she is right now. Her base speed is pretty slow, but her attacks have a LOT of range, so closing the distance between buildings and monsters shouldn't be that difficult. Besides, she already has two other movement options to work with: her second "Charge" (which I prefer to call the "Charging Bite"), which covers an appropriate amount of ground to complement her long range, and "Vine Dance", which in theory would greatly increase Biollante's agility at the expense of an energy bar (I say in theory because energy upgrades in this game are ridiculous at max levels). Removing the attack would also remove that long, easy combo she can perform by charging and then using her combo breaker.
Most definitely agreed, her charge attack is what makes her so potent as a fighter. She already has her Emergency Dodge charge, it seems redundant that she'd have 2 versions...

When I see biollante destroy the close range vehicles, I sorta wish the military use long range ballistic missiles on her cause although they probably would or wouldn't hurt her they at least wouldn't be destroyed so easily.
I wish they'd make more films with biollante. She's actually my most favoured monster next to Godzilla '89. Angurius and Rodan are pretty awesome too. Wish they had featured angurius during '84 - '95.
The director for "Godzilla vs. Biollante" mentioned that if he were to ever direct another movie, it'd either be a solo Biollante movie or one with Godzilla and Bagan

She's actually not as much a monster as she looks so I can see her being in a slight way maybe more of a protector of earth. A Godzilla vs. Bagan film is what I think every fan has been begging for since the mention of Bagan but he always slightly reminded me of Destoroyah even though they are both completely different

Originally, she took the form of a giant, Rafflesia-esque flower, but after being burned by Godzilla's atomic breath, she mutated into the ambulatory, tentacled, vaguely Godzilla-ish form you see in the video. Biollante is not quite Godzilla - she's genetically distinct, at least - but made using and largely comprised of G-cells. You could argue that Biollante is Godzilla's child by genetic engineering, as Godzilla, Erika, and the rose all donated genetic material to make her. While the Erika side might be susceptible, Godzilla has a habit of eventually overpowering such control through the sheer force of his fighting spirit.
