      you need a different controller for that, then different brakes, then bigger battery. Might as well buy the right scooter.

    Why would you need frame sliders ? Why not just make the axle shorter so there's no way it will contact the ground. Do you have any specs on the motor? Stator / magnet width ? Kv or turn count ?
    And it's 6.5" or is it 6" ?

    • @gileraicey2381
      @gileraicey2381 2 года назад +1

      Reason for sliders.. if you fall off will protect the ninebot max frame being damaged LIKE scratch or dents . Chris keep up great work ...legend 👌

    • @fiixed75
      @fiixed75 2 года назад +1

      Yes you do need to solder unless you bought the g30D controller at the same time as the fatmax. If so, they will solder the controller for you before they ship it.

    Can you post a video explaining the difference between this motor and the normal stock motor ? Is there a speed difference? Do u have to run a 48v battery for the wheel to work ?

    • @Shotoxic
      @Shotoxic 2 года назад +1

      I've read somewhere that you don't need a 48v battery for it, you will still get a pretty good performance boost without it
