-1st amendment is a constitutional right. Debt forgiveness is not.
-the first amendment gives the right to peaceably assemble, but destroying property is not peaceable and not protected under any amendment.
-In Israel's founding document, it didn't say or call for the extermination of Palistinian people, but the founding charter for HAMAS DID call for the destruction of Israel.
-There is no right of protest or riot granted in any part of the constitution.
