I got mine about a week and a half ago. Love it. You should try the magnetic guards that it comes with. The zero guard, and the one and a half Guard are awesome

@@MiddyMilwow, I thought they were very sturdy… love the way the feed hair through… oh well🤷♂️
The magnetic guards are really solid for feeding hair. The 0 and 1.5 guard is a big time saver as well. They remind me of the andis dbl mags in the way they cut. With the 0 and 1.5 i can fade straight into a 1guard closed/2 guard closed just by flicking into it closed. I dont need to lever play at all just flick and corner cut any dark spots and it blends perfectly. Saves me a good 3minutes or so on my haircuts just because of that. Great for speed fading.

You definitely should’ve tried the Double Magnetic guards that came with them. Especially the 2 and 3 cause its like the Andis Double Magnetic guards since it has a lot more teeth. I definitely like them better than the wahls
Couldnt agree more. The 0 and 1.5 are my favorite. You can skip a lot of steps with them. I love using them. At first it took some time getting used to because they do feel like andis dbl mag guards but they still have their own thing going on. I just love that the 0 and 1.5 cut flush instead of rubbing the hair out. At first i thought the 0 wasnt fully cutting the hair until i realized it was my jrl making it seem that way because you cant hear it cutting with the guards on.

Well there very different, in terms of torque the boasted easily wins with the rotary motor, the ergos lack torque but have the speed so there great for fades but not for bulk removal etc. the boosters can do all jobs but won't fade/detail as nice/easy as the ergos imo. Ultimately it don't matter what u choose, if u got the skills u should have not problem with either

I saw 2 different gamma ergos, whats the difference?
One has a taper blade one has a fusion blade

No x ergos are solid! Still one of the most used these days
I got the original SC black lid to fit with no problem and I left the pin in for the clicks. I just push it in myself for the stretch.

Thanks for great videos, i got mine today it’s great clipper. Only the problem is it was soo hot in my hand after 10/15 munites run. Is that because of magnetic motor? Or is it normal on this clippers? Blade was fine only the body of the clippers getting hot

X ergos are only good for heavy duty type of haircuts like debulking or on thick hair mostly to stretch out the cut

They’re like sister companies. Usually two versions of each clipper with slight differences. Not 100% sure why but similar to Wahl/Sterling

They’re definitely still solid. Lots of new stuff has come out but these are still widely used
I’ve been using these for a while now and they are great for fading, But lack in other areas and for some reason It always feel like there snagging But they’re really not.
I haven’t had any issues I’ll have to be on the lookout

Just add on the deep tooth cutting blade and it shouldn’t snag.

I used the taper blade it came with. And as hard as it is for me to say, I haven’t picked up my senior since I got this! 😳

The x ergo is just supposed to be boosted. More torque. Runs smoother through bulk

The biggest complaint I get from the ergos is that they pull hair

I've notice if you try too sharpen the blades more than what they are they tend too pull hair at least on the trimmers
I’ve had that issue with the lever open since the day I’ve got them. I can’t figure out a solution, which is unfortunate because outside of that they are easily my favorite pair of clippers I own.
Yo Sean I been having these x ergos for 2 months now and recently when i took them off the charging dock the light been blinking and when I click the button to turn it on it turns off I think it's suppose to be the vice versa nah? Light up when u press the button and turns off when u turn them off
So yea i don't really know what to do they still work but I'm not ready sure if they will die on me because they js blink non stop any advice seannn??

Just got one Gamma x ergo and definitely not worthed very disappointed clipper is very powerful but cutting is very bad and dosnt cut bulk hairs I definitely won't buy Gamma clippers again I will stick with my wahl clippers especially magic clippers are the best in the market
I haven’t had any issues with my x ergo. Most of my shop uses them. Make sure they’re set correctly. Sometimes a reset will 100% change how they cut!
So are the SC ergo, gamma ergo, SC rouge, and gamma x-ergo the same clippers w the same power! Just comes with different things and more option to style?
Yes but the X ergo is different. New and improved with more power

The x ergo is different than the mythic and saber

@@americantopgunner5102 the difference in the alpha is that one has a click lever and one doesn’t. The hitters only have different covered lids
An plus you get one new clipper by next month they come out with another an so on, back in the day they gave it time too come out with new clippers these company's hit you up like cellphone company's new product every other month

@@Seancutshair they aren't coming out with a cheaper x ergo version similar to the rogue?
@@LoneWolff217 The major difference with the x-ergo is that it comes with double Magnetic guards, a stretch bracket and a few covers for thr clipper. The rogue has the same motor as the x-ergo, but it doesn't come with a stand and guards and lids.
@@Dominicreviews okay maybe I'm just dumb what trying to say is that they'll probably make another x ergo that will be like the rogue was for the regular ergo, a machine without as many accessories
