EBOLE INCONCEPT INTERIOR STUDIO, you done a great job fixing so many errors in the villa MEDEJJIN. Marwa never used professionals & people should appreciate your great experience. Greetings & love from Australia Marwa's fan.
Dear Mr.Ebole I hope you you can remedy the problem once on for all. There is so much rain in that area. Routine checks need to be carried out for leaks. I learned a lot a lot from watching the construction of the villa. Now the water heating issue. All the innovations should’ve been included from the inception of the building plans. You are a man of your word. By the way I remember that you had mentioned during your factory’s tour that when you are away that production dropped immensely. Have you considered employing more women? I noticed the women are extremely hard working; place them in different positions in the business. Of course as in every industry you will have to go through a weeding process until you are equipped with skills, honest, motivated people. Blessings and good wishes in your business ventures. Always keep updating and employing the best and current building materials, equipment and implementations. I would surely love for you to build my home; but I live too far away.
Mr Ebole, can you have a look on the cracks on the walls around the roof top. Do you think those cracks need to be filled to protect the concrete and the walls below. Thank you
Mr. Emboli you are a man who stands by his work right or wrong your company's reputation could have been on the line. Mr. Emboli you were initially correcting the inferior work of that Fugazi Engineer. Mr. Emboli you are a true professional if you were based in the USA I would hire you😊
He probably would hire you! What kind of sideways compliment is this? He owns the business. 🤔 Did you mean to say that you would "trust him" to do your project? As a Boomer, I perceived your comment to be an insult!
@Datz-Donna I don't think that's what this person meant when he/she mentioned about hiring Mr Eboli.( as an employee) I think what he/she meant was using Mr Ebioli as an engineer in his field of construction.
Mr. Ebole i think you might consider telling marwa to check on the piping, strong man rectified most pipes that were not connected, others were not sealed with glue, myb its a piping issue. Why is the issue appearing after he installed the solar water heater?
Hello the water you saw wasn't rain water, they had poured water and closed the outlets to do testing n see if the water dripping from the ceiling was leaking frm the top but the terrazzo was okay ,They found out it was the trapped rain water that rained before the terrazzo was put that was leaking, later after the test the water drained as it should only two boxes need replacement coz it didn't hold like the other places coz it was a rainny season
Cheap labour. This house is massive which needed a certified and pro engineer not just a constructor. Now he is spending more than the first charges. I feel for him
Mr Ebore, I will be straightforward with you, no apologies. What happened is that you used incorrect tools when you were applying the terrazzo. I saw many comments on your channel where experts were saying that the brushes you were using would leave pinholes where water would seep through. You should have used rubber rollers to apply the membrane to the terrazzo. You messed up big time.
If that’s the case wouldn’t the roof leak into every room? It’s just leaking in one area so the explanation that some water was trapped makes sense to me
Hello Mr John.. IIS used the recommended tools by the manufacturer of the products they were using.. If you've been following the videos.. even before they did the terrazzo they had to do a first aid because already the entire roof was leaking n IIS are not the ones who did the roof get that clear. IIS had to wait for the rains to stop coz you can't put the terrazzo while it's raining. When they waterproofed the rooftop... the slab was already soaked with water n that's why the water was dropping. This isn't the first leaking roof IIS have salvaged that's been done by shady contractors n it doesn't get any easier when you come in to correct a job that's already been done badly. It takes a real man to take the fall of another. N please it's not Ebola that's a disease.. his name is Mr EBOLE!!!!
@@Khalidsci It doesn't mean that pin-holes would appear in every area of the roof when you use brushes to apply the membrane. I am no expert on this one but what I was reading in his comments section at the time suggested that pin-holes were inevitable by using brushes to apply the membrane because brushes do not give a uniformed consistency during such applications. From what every one posted, he should have used rubber rollers as is the preferred standard in the industry. With such a large roof to cover, it is like playing Russian Roulette with the end result being disaster.
Ebole, how would you landscape this huge compound with horses, birds, and other animals roaming around? The current state of the compound makes the villa ugly.
Yes the problem was there before..he has to focus on the roof repair before proceeding with any other projects marwa..problem he just jump from 1 to 5 at the same time

For a second I thought it was a roof top pool . I luv your work 😊.
Great work Mr Charles!

Terrazzo

Solar water system is tricky where is the tank placed can cause havoc to ceiling.
you did a great job, hope the fix will sort out the problem of leaking
In my imagination this water was the water before you did the terrazo ,
The black mould should be treated before covering up as it can be detrimental to health.
I wonder if they used damp proof chemical or waterproof cement on the roof when they built it?
Oh my God
Mr.Emboli I understand the leakage but why did the water drain from the roof it was just standing water it still should drained shouldn't it ?

Seems like the previous engineer did this mighty house without providing expansion joints.

I don't like gypsum 😮😮😮😮. Isn't there a more durable substitute
The entire terrazzo floor requires cleaning. It's very dirty.
IS IT a roof or a Pool ?
You heard him say they filled the rooftop with water to test it.

@@suntzu8959 Corrected.
Mr Ebole, I thought this roof was supposed to be made with a turtle back shape, so the water will not settle on the roof. Your audio is so very low.

How is this Mr Ebole’s problem though?
Marwa needs to separate the villa from the grazing area...he needs some paddocks
