You can shed tears that she is gone
Or you can smile because she has lived
You can close your eyes and pray she will come back
Or you can open your eyes and see all she has left
Your heart can be empty because you can't see her
Or you can be full of the love you shared
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday
You can remember her and only that she is gone
Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back
Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on

My mom passed away last year 😭😭😭😭 we really havent say goodbye to her.we didn't see her body..we only seen her by her ash 😭😭😭😭.we really miss you mom.we didn't expected you lefted us just like that.but were happy now.we all know you will never fell that pain again..until we meet again mom. Love you so much
Same here I am from north east Manipur it's been two months My mom passed away as the war is ongoing I can't even go to my Mom funeral at the same day firing was happen🥲😭My last option was to look at her face say goodbye only on phone video call😭

I-I have no words to describe how thankful I am that I found this. I lost my best friend to cancer in 2018 and lost a part of who I was with her. I've been missing her so much that I honestly thought that I would have joined her by now. Obviously I haven't, but it still crosses my mind ever so often. I feel like I'm missing a part of my life and it has taken me so long to accept that she is gone. I still have trouble to this day as I still dream about her when I sleep, but this audio helped me so much. So thank you.
Skyler. Thank you for your heartfelt comment. I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your dear friend. I'm glad you are still here - this is where you are meant to be and no doubt where your friend would want you to remain. Dreaming of your friend doesn't have to be a bad thing. When I dreamt of my Mum, soon after her passing, my sister-in-law's words gave me a beautiful new perspective...she said 'oh, she's been to see you then'...so any time I dream of my Mum or Grandad I think of it as them visiting me. Even though I'm a stranger on the internet, I'm sending you lots of love and strength as you walk your journey of grief
