Amazing build I wanted to ask how did you run the Falcon 2.1’s in the rear? I noticed that you used the Teraflex shock extensions brackets in the front to run the 2.1’s I don’t think Teraflex makes shock extension brackets for the rear how did you all make it work?
Do the holes on the sliders SNAG rocks ?
There needs to be a door/gate on the cap to stop ppl from reaching and walking off with anything when you need to stop in town for stuff. should it be completely removable or operate on hinges? u decide.
Agreed... ended up going with a SmartCap and I'm much happier with everything clean and dry ;-)
Even my wife's Sentra has trail rash . Use it don't abuse it.

No issues with DEF system yet! Nearing 30,000 kms.
I also have a rubicon jt ecodiesel do you feel the need to regear with this setup?
Yes, we re-geared to 4.56, which is a little steeper than stock with the 38s.
How does that air compressor system work? Can you do a video on that?
Yep. We have a video on our channel that covers it.
Love the build! What backspacing did you use on the wheels? #500 like :D
These are 20x9.5 with a -18 offset.
Is there a way to mount a drop down // removable step to the evo rockers?
Not that we are aware of, other than custom welding something. Take a look at the Rock Slide Engineering Step Sliders - that might work for you.

Re-geared from the EcoDiesel stock 3.73s to 4.56s. On 38s the math works out to a little steeper than stock, which is perfect for all the highway driving we do. Off-road it's awesome and climbs like a goat.

How did you secure the tire to the top of the rebel rack?
Hey There! We had a custom mount made up to bolt it down on 3 studs.
do you know if this set-up with the teraflex rear track bar relocation bracket will allow you to clear a 37" spare in the stock location?
It doesn’t help you clear a 37, most 37s won’t fit and the ones people have fit don’t fit properly, unfortunately Jeep only designed it to fit a 35
@@TheEPICBeardedGinger have you seen any trucks with the clayton off-road adjustable rear track bar with the bend in it? it's theoretically designed to fit a 37 in stock location
The track bar isn’t the only reason 37” tires don’t properly fit, not that said a BFG KO2 37 fits great cause its basically a large 35 lol

Just curious as to how much does it cost to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator and then add all these modifications?
Casey250 paid $60k for his in Alberta then got dinged another $10k for taxes , shipping etc. & from what I've seen so far, add another$15K for accessories, tires, lift kit & other toys so figure $85-90K.

No concerns yet. We're at 10k with this setup. The Black Rhinos are holding up well.

We personally are not familiar with Fabtech, but I would recommend not using shock extensions on the Rubicons if you can afford it as they are just not up to the task.

@@JR-yt5dq I had a 8” fab tech lift with 40’s on my F350 back in the day and it was really good, just had to weld myself some traction bars. Not sure how they are now; I bought my truck built from the power play owner in UT, don’t know if they still even build stuff lol. Teraflex is down the street from me & lots of Jeep people seem to like them. Know the guys at Rockslide engineering too, they make some good stuff.
