You’re an Inspiration #colicchie. My daughter’s dad struggled with addiction and committed suicide almost 3 years ago. My heart still hurts for her, no baby should have to feel that pain of a parent not here on earth with them.

This literally felt like home. Everything you were spitting Colicchie, literally I deal with on a basis minus the syringe. The positivity from the positive version part really tugged on me and hit hard because I've heard it so many times from so many including therapists but it doesn't always feel like it's enough. Life is truly beautiful when you want it to be that's why no one should ever take it for granted. You only have one life to live. ♥️

I only just discovered you & your music this week. I was in SCI Muncy in 2017-2018 & even with a tablet, I still fell behind on music. Your songs are very easy to relate to, especially when many of us have a hard time relating to others around us. I have 3+ years clean but it's not without it's struggles, especially when dealing with mental health issues on top of it. Appreciate you & keep doing what your doing.

@Colicchie the last 2 weeks were a bit rough as my meds were switched around & I struggled with the urge to use for the first time in years. I'm glad I found your music when I did & kept remembering the line about relapsing is 'refunding my misery'. But I got in to see my doctor last week and got my meds straightened out, and I am still sober. Sometimes, I think the hardest part of dealing with sobriety is feeling like I need to make up for all the lost time I wasted while high or incarcerated. But it's a new week and new beginnings.

Then hard drugs really bad the last 3 yrs

But I have faith in my strength within the struggle to get back to the mom of 2 amazing children
My daughter hasn’t talked to me in 2 months
My son does tho
But not that often
Addiction plus mental illness is tough to manage but I can do it
