Jesus delivered me from suicidal ideation, suicide attempts, self loathing, and hating my life. Jesus came in and set me free & taught me how Satan is a liar . Wow. This is actually me. The anxious thoughts, the very heavy heart which leads to some anxiety attacks and depression, headaches, sweaty palms. I almost committed suicide last year. Those thoughts are absolutely tormenting..it will make you feel that you aren’t good enough and that no one likes you..it will make you feel as a failure. Thank you preaching this Pastor. I’m praying for my deliverance..I hate being stuck.

call those things that are not as though they are.
whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, praiseworthy... think on these things.
fix your mind on things above.
Read the Bible for the facts - what has already been done for you, what is already true about you - and the promises of God to you. Write them out and read them daily.
On the back side of the same paper, write out all the bad thoughts, worries, fears, resentments etc.
That's like 2 channels on your TV - if you dont like this "program", switch channels! Flip that paper over, read The Truth some more.
That is how YOU renew YOUR mind. You do it, nobody does it for you.

It is good that Vlad is alerting us to focus on what we all are fighting for: right, sober, sound, spiritual minds, not anxious, debased, carnal minds. Take responsibility for your thoughts, i.e. change your thoughts (it may take a while), take care of your physical brain, get out of your head, i.e. you are not your thoughts - your spirit should control (as a man thinks so is he) your thoughts, fill your mind don't empty it, fill it actively and purposefully, not lazily, train your thoughts, work on the thing, thoughts need to be captivated to the obedience of Christ, turn your thoughts toward God, bring God's Word into your mind, cuff and arrest your thoughts, go to war for your mind, when you win the war there will be peace. @Kalamari this is one of the therapies I made in university. If you cant stop your mind just put what you're thinking about on an old fashioned picture tube TV. Then turn the knob off. The sound gets lower not as loud. Hear the click as the TV gets turned off watch the picture shrink until its a dot on the TV. Then see the dot disappear. Tell yourself is done. Them you know youre not your thoughts

Due to some mistakes I made in the past, (astrologers, numerologists, palm readers etc., ) I have alot of tormenting thoughts about future illnesses, accidents, bad relationships. This has helped me to realize that these strongholds are destroying my life. I'm seriously working on these issues, but still having alot of fears. This is the best sermon I have ever heard. A life lesson on how to train thoughts. Keep your mind busy! Read, recite and meditate the word. Once it’s empty, with nothing to do, they start coming for you. I was this close to booking myself in for therapy. Now I know better. Thank you my brother!
Thank you for the sermon pray for me 🙏 even though I thought you rid of all the wicked things out of my home I'm stop babbling and things that I don't belong dabbling in I'm still having trouble with alcohol and verbally abusing people it's almost like something takes over and I know I have a good heart I hope everyone I cry 4 people I can't even watch it TV show without crying I go out I'll take care of the homeless but I came in contact with a man 16 years ago that changed all that and even though I still would give to people I always have an urge to go and talk to them I don't listen give to them and make sure that they're okay no matter whether I was with him or not when I was with this man I witnessed so many things that were unbelievable from his eyes turning black for no reason to him dividing and splitting out of his body and walking across the room when he was really laying in the bed next to me it was strange because when we got engaged and got married and he moved in strange things started happening in my home 🏡 in myself and a friend of mine would stay if feels dark like whenever he's around son could be shining the brightest dayand when he stepped in it was almost like a cloud of darkness I just don't understand that I would be intimate with him because I married and I would have nightmares about the devil dragging him to hell and I would be screaming and crying and trying to save him he got me hooked on alcohol and now I am struggling for my life to kick the addiction I have mood swings when I drink 🍷 but it's the only thing that will quiet the negative thoughts in my mind I finally decided to divorce and then I thought I made a mistake he was always a great provider always took care of me and the kids so I started believing that it was me I reach back out to him after 9 he came back we were intimate and it was like a rush of demons flooding after I slept with him I had the same nightmare that I had been having four years that he was being pulled to hell and I was screaming and crying and trying to save him so it's true with the Bible says when a man leaves his home and comes back and finds it swept and clean demons seven times worse in my case a hundred times worse I don't know if I said that right come with the man I realized that moment I had to leave permanentlybasically I've not been able to find anybody to baptize me I have not been able to find anybody that I can trust to help me kick the alcohol addiction that he got me addicted to and I know anybody can just say just stopped but it's not that simple I am a child of seven and none of us drink unless it's social and we had no problem stopping it's like since I married him and he was an alcoholic and he got me hugs I'm struggling in my mind to kick the habit I've even gone to rehab to try to get help nothing's working please pray for me 🙏🙏 I would like to be clean of this addiction that I know it's not mine that he brought into my life and I would also like to be clean of the negative thoughts 💭💭💭 and the mood swings and the medication that I had to go on after being enough 15/16 your marriage with someone that abused me through the whole Thing please pray that I will be delivered and that I will stop having these crazy thoughts 💭💭 and the mood swings 😡 I would like to not have to take mental meds after coming contact with him and my narcissistic family and if anyone knows place that I can go and get baptized I live in New Jersey please help me find somewhere thank you God bless you all the struggle is definitely real❤❤❤❤
I have a very ill father and my mother the same I found out I have cancer we are getting kicked out of the house we rent I am going through so much but through this I will stay with the Lord Jesus I pray for my parents I help them with bills and rent i cry believe me I cry I talk to God I trust in him his plan not mine he will always be here for me my love is strong for him God bless you all

I have bipolar disorder. The closer I grow to God, the more intensely the devil attacks my mind. It has been so hard that I just want to curl up and cry. I cry out to God but there's no relief yet. I know this is a test to teach me how to fight. I'm just so weary. It's so hard not to take meds and sleep just to have some peace from the torment in my head.
I know this reply is super late, but I just wanted to say that I relate to this. I don't have bipolar disorder, but my spiritual experience has been the same as yours. Everytime I get closer to the truth, the enemy attacks with increasing severity.
Pick a favorite song to play, and to memorize and to sing - to help you battle.
Exercise listening to Christian music and don’t stop crying out to God, read Matthew 7: 7-11!
And Remember John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Sufro, yo lloro. Empeoran cada vez que oro y que oigo alabanzas, esta prédica me ayudó mucho.
Hay muchos jóvenes que están viviendo lo mismo que yo, jóvenes que quieren servir a Dios. Por favor hermanos oren por mi y por los jóvenes que estamos en ésta situación.
He pedido que Jesús sane mi mente, mis pensamientos.
Liz el enemigo es experto en tirando pensamientos negativos para mantenernos alejados de Dios y su amor. Yo te entiendo porque cuando joven mis pensamientos eran atacados y aun aveces ahora. Traele todo a Dios y trata de llenar tus pensamientos con la palabra de Dios. Lo que yo hago es alabar a Dios. Tambien repito versos de la Biblia y hablo con Dios en voz Alta. Orare que Dios te conecte con personas llenas del Espiritu de Dios que te ayuden.
Lo siento, cariño. Los pensamientos intrusivos son los peores. Puedo entender como cansador lo es a luchar contra los pensamientos que no queremos. Todo lo que podemos hacer es orar. Nuestra única esperanza es oír palabra de Dios. (Lo que he oído de los verdaderos hombres de Dios. ) que nos busquemos Jesús y encontrémosle.

I battled against depression due to the death of two sisters. Almighty God came and I didn't take the anti- depression medication. He had me used neurofeedback eating healthy and vitamins, but he is the HEALER. My head was harewire, I cannot explain, nightmares, heat. When your mind is attack, it is terrible.
