I keep faith even as I constantly struggle to provide for my kids and I constantly struggle to buy groceries. My husband is with you God. At times I feel so alone especially as a single mom. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m now homeschooling them so my hours to work are limited. This message is nudging me check myself, because in it, I hear the answer to my question: "Why is the Holy Spirit not blessing me with his presence and with his sweet fellowship for the last week or so? I've been feeling and knowing Holy Spirit's presence and enjoying his fellowship that leads me to worship the Living God, that shows me where to go in the Word. But for the past few days or so, my prayer room has felt like a dry place, a place of struggling and searching to 'find' that which I usually flow right into, and linger there. Now hearing Pastor Vlad, led by the Holy Ghost (to be sure), I see a few distractions that crept in so strategically and used my attention-- the attention that belongs to the Holy Spirit and should've been with him. Forgive me, Father God, in Jesus' name, for falling short to this falter. This message is so timely! it is so good and necessary for me to hear it. This message is nudging me check myself, because in it, I hear the answer to my question: "Why is the Holy Spirit not blessing me with his presence and with his sweet fellowship for the last week or so? I've been feeling and knowing Holy Spirit's presence and enjoying his fellowship that leads me to worship the Living God, that shows me where to go in the Word. But for the past few days or so, my prayer room has felt like a dry place, a place of struggling and searching to 'find' that which I usually flow right into, and linger there. Now hearing Pastor Vlad, led by the Holy Ghost (to be sure), I see a few distractions that crept in so strategically and used my attention-- the attention that belongs to the Holy Spirit and should've been with him. Forgive me, Father God, in Jesus' name, for falling short to this falter. Holy Spirit, help me to be aware and pay better attention, especially when I feel you prompting me to 'not deal with that' but to come to you, 'now' with urgency; in Jesus's NameAmen."
