Even when it’s a “relaxed” low stakes everyday situation if I have to speak I start shaking uncontrollably and have to stop mid sentence and apologize and my mind goes blank. It’s life-ruining. I never had friends. Even family members rush their interactions with me. I always knew maybe my body wasn’t letting me be confident if I had evil thoughts in me, or was lazy. Will try the advice.
