You can claim to promote artisans all you want, the fact is you're still disrespecting us, by suspending OUR listings just because they've been copied by chinese counterfeiters, instead of simply asking us for proof that we are the original maker, and adding insult to injury by offering NO seller support whatsoever & ignoring our help requests. We all remember how you promised to improve seller support when you raised your fees, and then only made support WORSE. Etsy used to vet every handmade shop back in 2012, you just stopped because you no longer want to pay people and think you can purely rely on flawed AI systems. Now you're paying the price for your own lack of morals. It's way too late to try and save face now, we all saw it coming years ago, handmade sellers are mostly gone and they took their buyers with them. No one is advertising their Etsy shop anymore, we all have our own websites. The monopoly you thought you acquired is no longer yours to claim, and that is your own fault. You won't get us back unless you make us an offer. Lower your commissions, improve seller support, and we MAY consider it.
