The fact she’s still essentially in her prime in her mid-40s after years of illness speaks for itself, and is a rarity for modern pop vocalists. Ariana is a great and highly capable vocalist too though and I very much enjoy her! And they both have great tones, though I personally give the edge to Sohyang, especially with her recent vocals. She sounds like butter post-2021.

I also think Ariana's preference for airy vocals weakens the sound of her belts bc her chest voice has become less solid and developed as she leaned into that sound.
So it comes to Sohyang. Ariana's tonallity above Eb5 is thin and pressed, and higher she goes it gets worst, while Sohyang's correct engage of muscles gives her a fuller voice and resonance even as high as B5 (Ariana is terrible above G#5 btw).
