- One of the best examples of post-World War II social guidance films, with examples of "good" and "bad" girls, proper and improper dating etiquette, courtesy to parents, and an analysis of what makes some people popular and others not. A scream and a sobering document of postwar conformity. Director: Ted Peshak. Cinematography: Bill Rockar. Writers: Robert Chapin and Patricia Kealy. Editor: George Wilbern. Educational adviser: Dr. Alice Sowers, Director, Family Life Institute of the University of Oklahoma.
well she is popular because "she likes girls as much as she likes boys" ; )
I watched this expecting to feel derisive, but it actually made me feel warm and wistful.
The girls who got in all the cars with all the boys were ALWAYS the most popular at my school! LOL!
I am not sure if I'm ashamed or not ashamed about saying that I did learn some things from this film.
LOL "she tricked me into taking her out to dinner tonight" they found a way to "repay" him for taking her out - "as much as I hate to admit it, Carolyn has tracked down a lot of things I couldn't find myself" -
"Let's go over to Teen Town!!"
So cute.....
I know another way for a girl to repay a boy for entertaining her.
Handshakes. Handshakes are nice.
YOOOHOOOOO!
this shit is gold! entertaining as hell
Those wallpaper... MY EYES!!!!!! x_x
Anyone Notice no one was really eating
There are a lot of "Ginny"s in my school...
@jm04206 age discrimination is such a curse.
