You should take your bike to have it tune after putting on that exhaust..... shooting flames like that is the cause of a lean running condition.

Sorry for the delay I'm just now seeing all these!!! The CBR600rr does NOT have a cat from 03-04 if your bike is 05-06 then there IS a cat on there you can fit 03-04 headers on a 05-06 bike
