for months troubling my mind on how to use 2 back wheels instead of one and YOU MY FRIEND upload this golden material. ONLY KUDOS FOR YOU , GOD BLESSED YOU MY FRIEND.
I'm about half way through the video and decided I already have a few things to say. Beautifully equipped shop. Excellent high speed production skills and quality control. Brilliant engineering, and tactful attempt at lightening a robust structure.
I LOVE how you assemble everything basically freehand and with augenmaß™ practically in mid-air, and it still comes out shipshape! Also, here's finally someone who does not have five axes CNC machines, laser cutters, 3D printers and other luxuries in the workshop, but does everything with his hands and with basic tools!
I admire this twofold; 1) freehand skill and conceptual thinking can be seen everywhere (not only in the scooter) 2) it works better at a lower budget than even NASA would consider viable My hat goes off for you, Sir!
Hats off sir. I wasn’t excited by the look of the scooter at first but seeing you jazz up some of the finest engineering solutions I’ve ever seen on video was a profound experience. Very inspiring and exciting to see. A little too much steel but otherwise a tru joy to see. I would love to use you as a consultant engineer on future projects as your problem solving is par excellence. I never write comments and reviews, but here is a super long one. Congratulations. Thanks for showing the whole process including the test drive - its great to see how well it works. Im in awe of your mad engineering skills. I even learned a few tricks about working with metal. 10/10 - would recommend.
he has versatile metal worker skills, for the engineering skills you need a deep test to see if it is really well designed indeed. Maybe it is too ! But what happens if the motor in one of the wheels stops (suden motor failure) and not in the other ? There will be a contrary pitching of the two wheels in relation to the frame, and a rotation of the scooter in yaw. Do the control electronics take it into account ?
Wow. So creative. I wish I could make cool things. In the past I was always taking things apart. I gave up when I realized I didn't have money to go further.
Seriously serious perfection man i read a comment it said if this was given to a big company to back engineer they would not be able to and this is correct 100% because this was and is very hard to do but my man done it like a pro perfectionist what he is seriously good job my bro 💪💪💪 from London UK 👍
My man this is beyond impressive. B-E-Y-O-N-D! Just hopped on RUclips to get a little inspiration in my own scooter design...then I come across this. I have so many questions that I am really at a loss for typing them out lol I'm seriously flabbergasted. I'll get back to you with my top 5 most important inquiries regarding things you did I would like to emulate. This build is incredible. For any seasoned e-scooter hackers/modders out there this is like a full fledged work of art! For real atm im like at a loss lol. You should also be commended for you're welding skill, design, and the way you somehow retrofit those hover-board hub motors into another albeit LARGER wheel base (AND MADE IT WORK. . .)! Just the shear audacity alone to try this is mind blowing lol you must be an engineer for your day job eh? If not. . .maybe you should look into an engineering gig!

37:07 It would be great if the mechanism on the rear wheels could be easily locked with a thin steel cable or other light method, when one of the wheels is deflated, it can be lifted so that it does not touch the ground in corners, and not to be supplied with current until it is inflated to a minimum pressure. How would this scooter go, with the handlebars placed next to the rear wheels, acting through a long rod, the direction behind? With both engines in front it could brake regeneratively more efficiently, especially on long descents. Then the scooter could go up and down more easily diagonally, not perpendicularly, on sidewalks, curbs, sloping mountain paths ...
Excelente trabalho. Parabéns pelas: 1 - Oficina completa. 2 - Estufa para pintura. 3 - Equipamentos de proteção individual 4 - Pelo capricho. 5 - Pela velocidade do vídeo, sempre acelerando nos processos.
Beautiful just beautiful your build helped me solved some of the problems I had for planning to build a Trike bike. Thank you hope to see more of your work.
That is a good looking scooter. I would prefer to ride one in that configuration as it would feel more natural than one foot in front of the other. Looks like it is easier to balance as well.
This is a cool as hell project. This cool tilting scooter could pop out of the Batmobile as a back up emergency vehicle. If batman can have shark repellant ready available on his utility belt, he can have this tilting electric scooter to help him out of a jam. Awesome job.
Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you can add an electric part it will be nice, I am currently building myself a dual motor electric scooter based oh LH-100 throttle, dual batteries and matching controllers and my knowledge is not enough because I connected all and have E 08 throttle error and E 10 communication error when I disconnect second controller all works as it should and in dual mode learning works on both motors. That's why I mentioned electric part because for beginners like me it will be priceless to see how you make wiring and connect all to work in dual or quad motor configuration.
If you have bought the dual controllers with splitted wiring loom included, there is 1 wire that is not splitted (from memory i think the green one). You must plug in your display in the controller that has all 5 wires. That could cause the error. Also make sure all your hall sensors are connected correctly. Good luck!
Hey man, I love this build. Have you ever thought about making a super powerful coleman electric mini bike? Just take a look at the coleman mini bikes, or the trailmasters, and imagine a fast engine in it meant for the beaches or the woods, or fields.
Very, very nice.... Love the fat tire design and the swingarms are beasts, I'm surprised you didn't reprogram the controllers or use bigger motors, that thing could have been an off road monster scooter. LoL I need a friend like you that lives close to me so I can make something like that... 😁
I found the tilting very interesting thanks. Initially when I was like "3 wheel scooter... how he going to turn normally" (on all my scooters I typically steer most the time by leaning right or left, vs using the handle bars usually only for 90 degree turns). Then I saw it tilting (I assume via the steering wheel, not the body weight?), but still thought it interesting, I never saw that before. But aye, because of the need to use the handle bars to turn, it's probably more like a moped (or tilting e-trike) vs kick scooter hehe. Still loved it ;)
Great build... thanks for sharing! I'd like one with more foot-room front to back, i.e., a longer wheel base, so that the operator's stance can be front-back, as on a skateboard or snowboard, & is less restricted.
Bravo ho seguito tutta la creazione e le vari fasi di lavorazione un artigiano a 360°bravo.......bell lavoro a parte se piace.. O no e soggettivo ma un lavoro bello e fatto con cura e con una buona attrezzatura

Have to say that is some awesome engineering. I would love to see how that thing handles off-road trails. Well done!
Probably bad, because the shock absorption was omitted, which after a while may result in the fracture of the frame or the welds.
for something home made its impressive
