The phone should be off
it works on dead phones right examplemy phone doesn't turn on or even charge but if you plug it to laptop or computer they vibrate idk about that but hey it works on issuie like this right?
sadly it won't let me download the firmware because it keeps showing error what to do
Have you confirmed your display is working because that maybe a display issue
