I think it'd be a LOT better if the god damn woofer would last more than 5 months!! I paid almost $200 for this shit a year ago and there's been no bass at all since Jan.!!

Well, my friend took a shit on me because I can't even contact Logitech to tell them about this shit and they cost me at least $150, plus the taxes ran it up to at least $170 and the supposed extended warranty made it nearly $200. I've also heard from a couple other people that had the same thing happen to them! Most recently, about 4 days ago!
For this size of driver you almost have no coloration and the size of the enclosure or thickness won't participate much. I'd even say change it to whatever you like lol. Check out the z625 which is thin as fuck but it doesn't play a role. The woofer is in its own enclosure and they crose relatively high, more than 100 hz.
