I’ve been waiting for this walkthrough as I know many have. I liked the Wordbuilder demo and the tweaking of phoneme lengths to make the start and end of the words more realistic. I’ll be revisiting older creations and using these methods. Thanks for this. It was worth the wait.
After some decades keeping an eye on what's going on in this market, this is one of the better presentations I've seen. Practical and straight to the point, useful and impressive. Often too much bla bla bla, and little to show in demo videos. But action speaks loader than words ( unless you're using word builder). :-) You just sold one to me.
I think this sounds great in theory. In practice I imagine it's primarily going to be used for mock-ups. Get it close enough to get the gist of what it should sound like, then hire some singers if all are agreed it's worth the punt.
We are living in awesome times, in a few years we will have something like Elvis Presley or Tom Jones kind of virtual singer software where you will put your lyrics and you will have these incredible vocalists sing for you and you would be able to copyright your music! Wow...
Gracias hermano por tan gran aporte, si esto lo vende lo comprare, e comprado muchas libreriad y vst pero nada coml esto, agradesco este gran aporte, gran voz, gran canal, gran video.
Great video. I might try some of the techniques in my Hollywood Choirs project. It makes me really look forward to a sequel to Symphonic Choirs, with refined pronunciation.
Morning! I just bought this and eh it's amazing but here's a really dumb question for you, how do you sort a BPM? I guess each phrase has a pitch and BPM? Not sure, could you tell me how to use it in this respect? Maybe BPM is irrelevant? Thanks....
Does anyone know how to bring down the output signal coming from Opus into my DAW? The signal is so loud that it is distorting. I can't find anywhere a slider or a knob to turn turn the output gain down so I get a normal signal in my DAW... I am using the voices mainly..Thanks in advance
Guys, this was 4 years ago - have you developed a way of getting the samples to trigger from a vocal input signal? It would make things much faster if it emulated the guide vocal's timing and/or notation - I appreciate that some producers can't sing)!
This seems great. Any chance it will offer addition voices in the future? Just so from project to project it doesn’t sound like a guy used the same BG singers on every recording.
I've tried to export the word builder voices to wav from FL studio and i just hear the last word across multiple notes. It's frustrating. Does anyone have an idea how to have the whole phrase exported to wav so i can hear it properly in my projects and not just the last word?
Would you have any more tutorials on using wordbuilder. I have been trying to create backgrounds for Freedom (live version) by Harvest Music and I can not get it to sound right - just to robotic. It's just three words - " He did it". Anywhere I can go for help ? Thanks...TP
Hi, can someone help me? I want to purchase this and before I do, I have a question, is C.C. White included in this library? And what is the difference between C.C. White in this Hollywood Backup Singers library and C.C. White in the Voices Of Soul Library?
I've Voices Of Soul for a while but never got into the Word Builder stuff. Indeed this is truly mind blowing.
Dude... I just got this subscription and am sitting at work watching these tutorials frickin burning to get to work with these tonight!
This is like next level technology in music. This is insane !
Man this a cheat code!!!
Bro you just explained this like a pro!!! These guys should fuckin pay you for your reviews, they are so on point omg!!!

I've always heard of East West's quality. Got it on sale. I'm now a fan!
You had me at Pink Floyd.
So @EWQLTutorials, great female backing singer product here. But why no male version? Is there a plan to add that soon?
Can't wait to play around with this. Ideas are swirling.
Bless us all, AMEN!
I gots chills y'all!

🎹 I’ve yet to find one single video that addresses the M1 chip compatibility with East West software. Awesome presentation by the way‼️
If you are using Hollywood Backup Singers with the Opus Engine, then yes!
Will you do an edition with falsetto male voices so we can “come to see Victory in a land called Fantasy”?
Brilliant Work. Stunning results. Totally sells the composition. Worth the subscription for just this one.
Gracias hermano por tan gran aporte, si esto lo vende lo comprare, e comprado muchas libreriad y vst pero nada coml esto, agradesco este gran aporte, gran voz, gran canal, gran video.

How would i achieve the "dg" phenome for words like "Ridge"?
I wonder if you change the octave in your daw if it will give it a male vocal sound, Thanks for this tutorial.
This is why I stay away from NI's ridiculous libraries. Eastwest is ahead of everyone.
This is Very impressive ,Fantastic Vocaloid for EW.Thanks a lot for this video
I would like to ask are the phrase patches tempo synced with my DAW? Or those phrase patches are fixed tempo?
How do you trigger the phrase? EG "Don't let them in" What notes are you playing?
With the word builder is it also an option to only have one of the singers sing it instead of the trio at all times?

You mean like Audimee?

Ooh Dang, I already have a hard time spelling. I’m going to be so confused. Now I gotta learn new English. LOL

Hi, can someone help me? I want to purchase this and before I do, I have a question, is C.C. White included in this library? And what is the difference between C.C. White in this Hollywood Backup Singers library and C.C. White in the Voices Of Soul Library?

The pre-made phrases are in English, but with some tweaking you can also make WordBuilder work with multiple languages
