  • There’s a lot of research that supports the idea that mental hygiene is good for our mental health, but what if your mental hygiene routine isn't cutting it anymore? In this short video, Guillaume Tremblay, a nurse practitioner at The Royal’s Brockville Mental Health Centre, delves into what to do if you suspect your mental well-being needs more than just a daily dose of meditation or mindfulness.
Join us as we explore the importance of a holistic approach to mental well-being that goes beyond mental hygiene.

Mental Hygiene is a form of preventative maintenance, and the concept of doing small things daily that support our mental health. By committing to spending as little as 10 minutes per day on mental hygiene practices, research shows that they can have a significant impact on improving your overall wellness. One of these practices is positive psychology.
