In this case it's in preparation for a cookery competition I'm entering soon. I thought it a good idea to make a short video of my experimenting.

INGREDIENTS
RISOTTO
olive oil as required
finely sliced red onion 1
garlic 5 cloves
tapioca pearls 100g
Salt to taste
saffron Powder 1/g
chestnut mushrooms
peas a few
Cream enough for adequate moisture
butter 20g
veg stock cube 1/2
OTHER INGREDIENTS
chestnut mushrooms (fried with salt & olive oil)
asparagus (boiled with salt & bicarbonate of soda)
wild pink salmon (fried in olive oil with salt n pepper)

radish & peashoots, burn lemon to garnish
