Yes that's true. Ha. Although when I looked around RUclips I couldn't find very many of this version, nor any decent quality ones. This was a promotional CD so there were relatively few issued compared to the retail versions.
It is still rare, as it's only available on the U.S. promo-only CD single. Yes, you can find videos of it on RUclips, but it hasn't ever been released in any other format or variety since Spring 1989.
Shep's 12" dance mix is on here, which sounds like this one but starts with the bass intro and is longer. The Bill Bottrell "club" version and its radio-length version. And a shortened version of the album mix.
