What you said earlier about fears shows as proof that something done in repetition long enough will help you get used to doing anything you may have been uncomfortable doing before. I am proud of you. Proud of what you’ve become and where you’re going. Keep it up!
I'm used to walk 8 miles a day plus. I would walk to work 4 miles 4 miles back and then payday I usually end up walking 10 mi a day easy. I did that 6 days a week for 13 months. I would walk fast around 4 mph and it would only take me an hour. I would work 12-hour shifts. That was back in 2006. I really enjoyed that time of my life and the experiences I had. I'm so grateful.
Great work, Bro! Any advice for me? I started walking 5 miles a day for almost two weeks but i started to get sharp knee pains. I stopped walking and they went away.
@cartig9051 first off, thank you for watching! Do you know if your feet pronate or supinate while you are walking? You can tell based on how your shoes wear. Like if you look at the bottom or have someone film from your ankles to the bottom of your feet to check. Either will cause knee pain, and an insole that corrects either will typically remedy the pain. Does that make sense?
Hallelujah
This is very great Brandon 👏🎉
Thanks for watching Jamaal!
