30+ years ago - as soon as my twins decended - I started pulling my underwear up tight to hold the darned thigs out of the way. As a result of that or maybe genetics, I'm sterile and the twins never grew. In other departments I'm a grower not a show-er lol. I tried tape a couple times but it was very uncomfortable and not worth it. This looks like a great idea.

My routine is heavy legs (squats, dead lifts, hipthrusts, leg press, cable kickbacks and side kicks, next day core with yoga ball and pelotis, next day heavy leg day, and lastly, light upper body (nothing that builds biceps. I also do cardio on the elliptical. This added two inches to my hips. Please tell us what you do.
