Thanks guys, little work on the daughters Honda this week... figured I would post some videos.
HERES A TIP: to stop the open brake line from leaking, take the rubber cap seal that’s on the old (or new) cylinder and pop it onto the line.
I just had a drum-brake replacement flashback! Never wanna go through that again! "The horror... the horror."
Its like we are back in Nam, up to our waist in rice patties, wait wrong movie hahahah I understand your pain!!!
Always nice to watch a video without all the silllyness and people trying to be funny. Nice video thanks for posting
So my boot on the cylinder it’s self ripped and I was wondering if anyone knew if there’s a part number for it
Just replace the whole unit, cheap and easy fix for this.
hey so im leaking from the raer but its leaking from the bck of it where the line connects would that be a bad seal or is it not tiight enough i have an 04 honda accord it should be that same as the one in your video?
My rear brakes are dic
How can I fix that
should the car be on while you bleed the brakes?
No, the brakes work on their own system, no need to have the car running while bleeding.
