To get a better fitment for the front end swap. You gotta swap front core support as well. You won’t get a perfect fit.
You could just cut the bumper to fit the core

I’m in Michigan where it can be 50 one day then 90 the next. But I don’t know how the how you handle 115. God. Cars rust here though. I flip cars on RUclips and show how bad our vehicles rust here. As a car guy I’d rather live there and build cars. I’m always breaking bolts and fixing rust

There’s something called google/ search whatever parts you want
Google helps but you can’t go for the first 5-10 posts. You have to delve deeper! Also they mean cheap car parts websites that aren’t overly mainstream
Most people I know click on the ads still. The first few searches that appear at the top with the heading ad and different background/box. I’m like how 🤦🏼♂️
These civics from 92 to 00 are pure reliable classics. They will be collectible years from now. The price is going up on clean ones.
You should do an engine bay cleanup video. Stuff like tidying up the wires and stuff to make it look less cluttered. Simple stuff is all it would take.

im looking into getting a 1998 civic, it has 70k miles on it so i feel really lucky. its also an all black ex. the only two things i would change (body wise) are the rear bumper and driver side fender. nice to see that theres one like it out there i can reference.

I just got a 1997 Civic. It's factory red has faded and it has the original wheels on it. I'm ordering a turbo and intercooler for it then a tune and then I'll do the paint, wheels and face lift

To make the bumper fit perfect you will need to get a 99-00 radiator support.

For the 99-00 front end to have decent fitment you need the 99-00 hood, 99-00 fenders, 99-00 headlights. For the front end conversion to work.

Not sure if anyone has told you but the cylinder closest to the cam/timing side of the engine is cylinder 1. Noticed it had 4 dots on the plug wire.
Hondas are the best first project /budget car since there pretty cheap to buy and maintain and engines are reliable if you maintain them properly
He’s right they don’t really breathe regardless if it’s intake is modified, they just don’t make tons of vacuum

Atleast Arizona has dry weather... Texas is 1000% humid which makes the heat feel extremely more heavy.
No! intake sounds are the best! I use them and quiet,stock exhaust just for its sound. I like the heavy sounds instead of high pitched sounds
get CSS much cheaper than sleeves and work just as good. and dont have to worry about sinking sleeves or anything
You only need to put a CAI or a SRI in if your car has a turbo or v6 and above.

Your heat, is wet heat. That means you get the water from the air on your skin, as well as some sweat. But Arizona is like an OVEN, Dry heat means the wetness comes from within. It sucks the water out of you. It was so hot last summer I had to bring 3 or 4 extra shirts to work. I work indoors, and had to change my shirt from walking to the car! I will gladly move to texas!

Intakes usually aren't a power mod but they are a support mod. They are needed once you do other power mods.
rad support us also slightly different from 96-98/99-00. You dont need it to swap the front end. just not gonna be able to clip the grill anywhere.

This is so funny I got these headlights and candy cane tail lights on my civic and never thought somebody wanted them I mean the tail lights are a lot better then the OEM
When you do the front end swap you need the rubber that goes between the light and fender that closes up the gap ,
Lmao the firing order markings on your plugs is wrong also
Took off the air intake resonator box to see if it would be worth installing a cold air intake. It doesn't go any faster, but it sounds faster.

Due to computer error the electronic brake on my 2016 Civic engaged while I was driving the car. The Honda service department technicians said they didn't do anything that addressed/corrected the problem. Honda customer service said the brake problem was fixed and refused to compensate me for my losses from trading the Civic for a 2017 Accord without the electronic parking brake. The only way to get rid of the problem was get rid of the Civic. I wonder if the same engineers designed the 737s.

Only reason I put an intake on my d17 is for some nice induction noise and the fact you can get em for like 30 bucks now. That and when I eventually turbo it... eventually... maybe it'll help
