    Thanks, easy to listen and watch and you covered everything. Can you do another review every year, and let us know how you go with new versions? I'm going to get a pair.

    Best sandals on the market! I wear them almost every day, and even use them as my primary backpacking footwear.

      I’m thinking of using these for backpacking as well. Are you still using them or another model of bedrock or another sandal? I’m looking at Lunas, bedrock and Xero. I want good tread for slippery rocks and enough cushion for long mile days without sacrificing too much ground feel. Thanks for any suggestions.

      @@RC-qf3mp I still backpack in my Bedrocks. Mine are the Cairn 3d Pros, and they're great for wet/slippery conditions. I think they're very comfortable, but the footbed is definitely firm.

    Hello sir how you doing. This was a great 2 year review you did of your Bedrock sandals. I love my pair so much they actually changed my life. I was born with very very extremely wide feet for a baby. As I was getting older my foot was getting wider and wider and my toes were getting bigger and bigger. I grew up playing around with the neighborhood kids barefooted 👣 or wearing flip-flops because shoes and socks were a little tough to find back in those days. The kids used to call me ( WIDE FOOT ) because my foot was so wide and my toes were big for little kids. It really didn't bother me that they were calling me that. At the end of my 12th grade year my foot finally outgrew socks. At the same time I noticed my shoes were crushing and hurting my toes all day. I tried walking around barefooted 👣 in school and school said I could not do that. With 2 months left of school before summer was here I did not know how I was going to deal with the pain. My teachers were nice enough to let me take my shoes off and be barefooted 👣while I was in class to reduce the pain in my feet. My last class of the day my teacher he had very wide feet too. He had sandals and flip-flops that he wore to school everyday. He talked to me one day after class let out and asked me how come I don't wear flip-flops to school. At the time I cannot afford a pair of flip-flops the ones I had were way too small and I gave them to my little brother to wear. My teacher was willing to give me a pair but my foot was a lot bigger than his. So he told me to cut the toe box off the shoe so my toes could spread out and will not hurt. I got laughed at in school for doing that but it did work for 2 months. The last week of school before it let out for summer break my foot finally outgrew the tennis shoes I had. It was back to my toes hurting again wearing shoes in school. I ended up graduating with my foot being a size13 4 EEEE wide with big toe that were equally straight across at the age of 18 years old & walking across the stage to pick up my high school diploma barefooted 👣. I even got a diploma for having the widest foot in school history. The school thought that diploma was so cool they hung it up in the main office on the wall and my son goes to that School to this day and it's still on the wall and I have mines on my wall. The only Footwear that will fit me at that time was flip flop which barely and I mean barely fit my foot because my toes were wider than the flip flop straps. I saw a big guy in Walmart walking around in Bedrock sandals one day. I asked him what kind of sandals he was wearing. He noticed that I had flip flops on & had big wide feet with fat wide toe and he said man you got big wide feet with fat wide toes like I do. I said yes I do and he told me they were Bedrock sandals. Contact your Bedrock sandals they told me to trace my foot and mailed it in. Bedrock sent me a pair of the sandals and I am loving them. I no longer have to fight to put my foot in the sandals like I do that flip flops. Such a big change in my life because when my flip-flops did not fit in my foot I had to go Barefooted 👣for the day and a lot of stores will not allow you to go in barefooted 👣. No shoes no shirt no service that really sucked for somebody like me who had a problem with Barefoot outgrowing tennis shoes. The only problem that I have with the sandals I wish they were a little bit more wider. Both of my little toes hanging off the footbed of the sandal but my foot did the same thing with flip flops so I can't be picky because it's my foot that's the problem. It really really sucks having a very very extremely wide foot with very fat wide toes that are equally straight across because I never thought I would have to live my life barefooted 👣Style. I thought I'd share my Bedrock sandals. Awesome to know that you have a pair of Bedrock sandals that held up for 2 years. I had mine for one year and I wear them every single day even when the 20/30° degrees outside. It's the only Footwear that will fit me besides flip flop. Happy Easter to you and your family sir.

      @@AkronDIY you are welcome man. How are you Bedrock sandals holding up today? I've been wearing my so much I'm about to order me another pair. I am love them man.

    • @mackjenkins7721
      @mackjenkins7721 2 года назад

      @Conrad Donovan HELLO Conrad how's it going. I like both of them. That's awesome to hear that you just ordered a pair. You would love them especially when you get them adjusted to your foot. I don't know your foot size or if you have a wide foot or anyting. I have big very very extremely wide feet. My foot is 6 " inches wide with very chubby fat wide toes that are equally straight across & with my toes being equally straight across the sandals make it very very easy to put on my feet. I grew up wearing flip-flops cuz it was the most comfortable Footwear for me to wear but with my toes being as fat as they are and straight across it makes putting on flip-flops a little bit difficult because my toes are wider than the flip-flops straps. I have to wear my sandals all year long even in 20°/ 30° degree temperatures. Just the other day it was 24° degree outside & I was wearing my bedrock sandals barefooted 👣. I like the toes socks but they would not come even close to fitting on my foot. I bought a pair & I could not even get my big toe to fit in the big toe pocket. My big toe is 2" inches wide. I think you would love wearing them year round & of the toe socks fit your foot you would enjoy wearing them when the weather is cold. I have 5 boys that have very wide feet like me and I gave the toes socks to my 4th son mark & he wears his toe socks with his flip-flops. Just the other day when it was 24 degrees outside & I had my Bedrock sandals on my son Mark was wearing his flip-flops with the toe socks on and his toes were not cold so just sucks work pretty well. My son Mark love those tough socks. I don't know if you are a big person or not but I'm a chubby fat dude & the only problem I had with the sandals was within two months of receiving my Bedrock sandals the footbed had a nice worn out very fat smooth 4 toes footprint on the footbed of the sandal. Where my toes were sitting at it was smooth underneath my toes but everywhere else on the footbed look brand new. You can clearly see my footprint on the footbed of the sandal but I had the same problems with my flip-flops too. I only showing a 4 toe footprint because my little toes hanging off the sandals because of my toes are being straight across. Please keep me up to date when you get your sandals & let me know how you like them. If you can take a picture I would love to see your Bedrock sandals you got. I really hope you enjoy them & thank you so much for replying to me.

      @Conrad Donovan oh okay I will do that thank you. I will look up your Channel. I was thinking about getting the shamma but I end up getting the Bedrock sandals. I do like the shamma too. Are you going to do a review on the shamma cuz I am thinking about getting those too? Just curious do you know when your Bedrock sandals are going to be coming in?

      @Conrad Donovan I can a different agree with you on that. Wear them for couple of months and see what they are like and then make your decision which one you like the best. Would this the first time you wearing sandals?

      Regular has a flat barefoot/minimalist footbed, 3d has a more anatomic shape more like a sneaker (but not as 3d as Chacos).

      they are ok. they stick to your feet really well so your feet stay pretty much glued to the sandals. they sometimes get caught on the pedal though.
