    I've noticed that a lot of young players worry more about what their swing looks than hitting the ball. I've had a lot of success teaching the players that the goal is to hit the ball. I first get them to hit with consistency. Then we work on slowly changing their technique without losing that consistency. The ultimate goal is to hit the ball.
