That's because they all thought zack actually killed the lobbyist. Only sweet knew that zack didn't do it. Ofc it was a lot harder for them to deal with the fact that one of their closest friend is a murder. Sweet also visited zack as a psychologist not as a friend so it's a lot easier to not be emotional (angry, disappointed, sad, etc) and visit Zack
Sweets visited him every week. All they way until he passed away. That means Sweets really was the best of them. Booth and Brennan were mentioned to have seen him, but only once or twice. Only Sweets knew that Zack never killed or ate anyone, but revealing the truth would remove him from psychiatric care, which was better than the prison, looking back, it isn't a very strong reason, but hey, tv am i right?
I'm going to be honest I'm kind of disappointed that none of them came to see Zach like Zach wasn't really important in this Bones series it's kind of sucks that after what he did was wrong 👈. To me that I feel bad for him he was a good person and then years later things have changed
