Yeah. Goat skin. It'll rip your skin right off your hands (no joke). You gotta be a badass to even play on real skin. :) Plus, it's a very high maintenance drum. If it's anything like some other real drums made out of wood and skin. They all, even the smallest and thinnest drum has a huge resonance and depth you can't get from a drum that's several times larger, but synthetic.

Lol nigga we play goat skin and cow skin on a daily basis. Take that fake synthetic sht else where. This is what we do in the culture my guy.
