Which ever person who Ruto will appoint as a CS should not have any relative working for the government and not even a PS should have any relative in government. If Kenya has 52 million Kenyans then all government jobs from the top should be distributed equally and felt by all Kenyans. It is a shame to have a government where the Defence CS is a brother in law of the Director of NIS where by you have the whole security docket run by one family, this is rubbish. Ruto should read the signs, Kenyans are angry.
