One thing that I fail to understand with RUclipsrs with regard to EV is of getting the maximum range! Instead they should try to extract for the minimum range by driving at a minimum of 100 km speed with 4 people on board. Then only a person who wants to switch over to an EV car can anticipate the worst possible scenario and plan his/ her trip accordingly.
What you're saying will not be the real world range, because most people will probably drive EVs badly first with sudden throttles etc because they come from ICE and EVs drive differently than ICE, over the time they'll get used to the torque and pickup of an EV and will get much more range even if they drive at 100 kmph on highways, it's all about driving style which is gonna improve once you drive everyday. Also LFP batteries will give actual range figures after 2-3000 kilometres (after the battery settles) which these test drive cars aren't driven. Also I've found most EV users get more range in CITY mode than in ECO mode (strange but true). I have a Punch EV and we EV users talk a lot in EV forums and groups that's why I know this stuff.
