There was always something about Primer 55 that I loved hearing. I remember seeing the CD cover for Introduction to Mayhem in 2001 -- the one with the drawing of the two girls fighting, which the song they picked for the album title was fitting. "Introduction to Mayhem" was the type of song that made you want to fight, even if you didn't have any beef with anyone lol. When I first saw that CD cover in a local Disc Jockey store (now long, long gone ... a store of the past), I had no idea who they were, never heard their songs, but ended up buying it anyways and kept the CD on repeat for a solid week. Would have to say "Loose" was among my top 5 songs of theirs. Then they came out with (the) New Release album and absolutely loved "This Life", but could never understand how they never got popular. No one in my high school at the time knew of them, let alone the local social groups I hung around.
